Should I have plans drawn before I purchase a lot?
It may be helpful to you to know the size and layout of home you want before you pick a lot. Alternatively, knowing the lot size may help you in drawing your plans. This is ultimately up to you, but you are not required to have plans drawn prior to purchasing a lot.
Do I need the help of a realtor to be able to purchase a lot?
A realtor is not required to purchase a lot, however, you may use one if you’d like. We are happy to pay a Buyer’s Agent commission.
I’m ready to purchase a lot, what is my first step?
The first step in purchasing a lot is to contact us either by phone or email.
How long after I purchase a lot do I have to start building?
Building must commence within 18 months after purchasing the lot.
Building a House
Can I choose any builder I want?
Yes, you may choose any builder you want, as long as they are a qualified custom home builder.
Are there building requirements?
All building requirements are stated in the Covenants and Restrictions found here.
What is the HOA fee and when is it due?
The HOA fee is $660 due annually on January 1st.
